Hi Mary, Glad you`ve arrived here. Tender flower? Ha ha ha!! Have you been watching the cricket? Nick puts it on as soon as he gets up - wish we could have some of that lovely sunshine they`ve got in SA. Take care, Kathleen x

Yes, watching the cricket at the moment. Life pretty much stops for me whilst it is on but I love it. Sadly Kevin Pietersen has been got out so I am wondering if he has time to come and fill my Christmas stocking for me Hi Jenni, look familiar or smell familiar?????? Glad I found my way here - long journey over from the dark side you know Mary x

Hello Mary,
So pleased to see you here. Your photograph is lovely. Was it taken on your wedding day?
Please stay Mary! I do enjoy having your view of things!

Love, Amanda Amanda, if they do, you will be forever washing nasty grass stains out of cricket clothes every week at least once! Our sons played at least twice a week every week from the age of eight. I recommend "Vanish." Kathleen x

LOL, Vanish and I are very good friends, Kathleen!
Ben played for about three summers and had promise but his passion for football (Newcastle Utd, you know them?LOL) took over.
Same with Samuel, although he really does love cricket and is a good bat.
I love the whites! Just so more civilised than footie! (and you can drink wine when watching on a summer's eve!)
Love, Amanda

Hello - well I will keep Kevin Pietersen then just for the time being!!! My son who is 26 still plays cricket throughout the whole summer but I am glad to say it is now his girlfriend's problem to get grass stains out Yes, it is my wedding day photo - taken in February 2001. A very happy day and here we are nearly nine years later still as blissfully happy I will keep trying to pop in and keep an eye on you all!!!! Mary x

Hi Diane (another new girl)!!
Thanks for the reply - I am glad to be back to posting - it has been a horrible horrible year but hopefully things will now improve.
Thank you all for making the 'new girl' feel very welcome :)
